Security, Intrusion, and Detection

2. The sharing of user names and passwords is punishable under applicable federal law.
   
   
3. Use of the information found in this system by any individual or organization other than MatchMaker Tennis staff and authorized members is punishable under applicable federal law.
   
   
4. Any individual found to be providing MatchMaker Tennis confidential information with any individual or organization not associated with MatchMaker Tennis will be prosecuted under applicable federal law.

For site security purposes, and to ensure that our member information remain confidential, all network traffic is monitored in order to identify unauthorized attempts to gain access, upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage or conduct criminal activity.

To protect this system from unauthorized use, individuals using this system will have all of their activities monitored and recorded . Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals evidence of unauthorized access, possible abuse or criminal activity, MatchMaker Tennis will provide the results of such monitoring to appropriate officials. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may be punishable under applicable federal law.
